The CC Program is an ongoing process that assists physicians in maintaining standards necessary for them to provide quality care throughout their career. A basic overview of the program is provided below. All program requirements are completed through the CC Program page of your <a href=\"https:\/\/wds.dataharborsolutions.com\/ABPathOrg\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PATHway<\/a> account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Participation in the CC Program will begin in January of the year following your initial certification. <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>I<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">f you are completing a fellowship<\/span> you must participate in ABPath CertLink and submit your two-year CC Reporting form per the <a href=\"https:\/\/abpath.org\/cc_boi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CC Booklet of Information<\/a>.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">There are two main requirements for diplomates to meet in the Continuing Certification (CC) Program to maintain their certification.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column container-border has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#eff5ff\">\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">1. <strong>Participate in ABPath CertLink (ABPCL)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>ABPath CertLink is an online longitudinal assessment program that facilitates learning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Answer 10-15 questions every quarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a satisfactory performance of 60% correct or higher over a four year period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive a welcome email in December of the year you are certified and begin answering questions in January of the year following your certification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you receive your welcome email, check out <a href=\"https:\/\/abpath.org\/abpcl-getting-started\/\">Getting Started in ABPCL<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column container-border has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#eef5ff\">\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">2. <strong>Complete Reporting Forms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting forms are due every two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You will provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Licensure information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CME<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improvement in Health and Heath Care (IHHC) credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are certified in an odd year, the reporting form will be due in December of the next odd year.
